Job Title: Key Account Manager

About the Role:

Airbus is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile network operator (MNO) and secure mobile virtual network operator (SMVNO) markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
