Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attractions Operations Supervisor to join our team at RESORTS WORLD AT SENTOSA PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a group of rides and shows, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operation of rides and shows, monitoring safety, service, and efficiency.
  • Provide and ensure exemplary guest service at all times.
  • Perform Duty Supervisor role, overseeing the operation within Attractions Operations, responding to guest and operational issues, and communicating with various business units.
  • Ensure the safety of guests and team members by reviewing and revising safety procedures and documents.
  • Provide work direction, counseling, coaching, and performance reviews to Attractions Operations crew members.
  • Ensure daily operating logs and employee records are accurately maintained.
  • Perform proper, accurate, and timely administration of daily payroll and maintain proper staffing levels.
  • Maintain good relationships with other business units to ensure departmental goals are being met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience. Those with lower qualification but more years of supervisory experience may also apply.
  • Operations experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
