Job Opportunity: Patient Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Service Associate. This role involves providing exceptional patient service, responding to inquiries, and addressing patient needs.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and supported
  2. Respond promptly to patient inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Assist patients at pre-registration kiosks, guiding them through the registration process
  4. Support clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing wait times
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or a related field is an asset
  • Able to commit to a 5.5-day workweek, including Saturdays
