Job Title: Frontline Patient Service Associate

At our facility, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Frontline Patient Service Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare practitioners and nurses to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Offer support services as needed, including chaperone assistance.
  • Handle various tasks, such as payments, administrative duties, and other ad-hoc responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any field; relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Able to commit to at least 3 months of service.
  • Willing to work for extended periods on your feet and walk during the day.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Office hours, 5.5 days per week.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice.
