Job Title: Frontline Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our frontline team as a Healthcare Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Register patients and manage appointment scheduling
  • Provide support at the front desk and assist with kiosk use
  • Perform basic crowd control and respond to public enquiries
  • Assist with other general administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
  • Must be able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is an asset

Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $10.50/hour (N/O/A-Level or Private Diploma holders)
  • $13.00/hour (Local Polytechnic Diploma holders)
  • Vaccination cost covered by the employer if candidate starts work

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM


Work Environment:

The selected candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and may work irregular hours, including some days starting earlier at 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
