Job Overview

About the Role

As a frontline healthcare associate, you will be responsible for attending to patients at the counter, registering them digitally, and assisting with administrative tasks such as stock taking, ordering of dental materials, and fee collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to patients at the counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Register patients digitally, maintaining accurate records and updating patient information as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as stock taking, ordering of dental materials, and fee collection.
  • Communicate effectively with laboratory staff regarding collection, shipment, and reception of samples.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of the dental treatment room and clinical areas.
