
HR Policy Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner, Group HR to join our team. As part of the Global Workforce division, you will be responsible for overseeing HR policies and managing related systems to ensure effective policy implementation across the organization.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation, as well as experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Workday. You will be required to develop and review HR policies, provide advice to employees on policy matters, and monitor policy implementation to recommend improvements.
In addition, you will be responsible for educating, training, and communicating policy updates and changes to employees. You will also oversee the Workday system to support HR policy and benefits administration, and explore and implement automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline policy administration processes.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, and 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on policy administration in the Public Service preferred. You will also need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented project management capabilities.
