
HR Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Ensure efficient execution of all HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Support monthly payroll activities.
- Process Work Pass Applications, Renewals, and Cancellations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit CPF submissions.
- Draft and review employment agreements and other HR documents.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Manage employee relations and engagement, acting as a liaison between management and employees.
- Handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment.
- Possess payroll tabulation experience.
- Knowledge of Work Pass Application, Renewal, and Cancellation procedures will be an added advantage.
