Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for chemical treatment programs at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any deviations from the treatment plan.
- Comprehend field testing procedures and collaborate with service technicians to perform routine field testing.
- Provide regular chemical treatment program reports to clients, keeping them informed about progress and updates according to the agreed schedule.
- Oversee inventory management, including planning of chemical stock levels and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and deliver monthly review materials to clients, discussing program effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop value-added projects in collaboration with clients, designed to reduce Total Cost of Operation (TCO).
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and find solutions when clients encounter challenges related to chemical treatment programs or products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant technical sales experience.
- Technical sales or field sales support experience required.
- Valid Class 3/3A Singapore Driver's License necessary.
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems essential.
- Experience with refinery or chemical processing advantageous.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
- Customer-oriented approach essential.
Additional Requirements:
- Able to work in a refinery/chemical plant environment.
