Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Bansard International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, sales activities, and market research
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • Additional language skills a plus
