  • Ensure the highest standards of workmanship in every vehicle to minimize comeback jobs and maintain our reputation.">
  • Utilize electronic diagnostic tools effectively to troubleshoot technical problems and perform efficient repairs.">
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle repair status to supervisors and ensure seamless communication.">
  • Carry out quality checks on completed vehicles and identify areas for improvement.">
  • Conduct thorough trouble shooting and fault diagnosis on vehicles reported by the team.">
  • Test drive vehicles after repair when necessary to guarantee quality.">
  • Optimize spare parts usage among team members and promote resourcefulness.">
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and housekeeping requirements at all times.">
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Advisors to provide accurate quotations for repair works.">
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and make recommendations to management on daily operations.">
  • Lead and support team members, distribute workloads fairly, and train new hires.">
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors.">

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic qualification in Heavy Vehicle Automotive or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive repair and service industry.">
  • Excellent English language skills - reading, writing, and comprehension.">
  • Proficiency in using electronic diagnostic tools.">
  • Ability to understand electrical drawings and electrical/electronic theory.">
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams, workload distribution, and daily operations.">
  • Strong leadership and diagnostic skills.">
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License (Class 4 advantageous).">
