We are seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the repair and maintenance of vehicles, leading a team of skilled mechanics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and perform repairs on complex vehicle systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technicians, promoting efficiency and quality workmanship.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics, engine repairs, transmission, braking, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a clean and organized workshop.
