Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Panel Beater (Automotive Industry)

Location: Toh Guan

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out motor vehicle repairs, restorations, and customization as requested.
  • Restore damaged vehicles to original condition by:

    Removing dents

    Repairing scratches

    Mending damaged panels

    Removing rust

    Spray painting
  • Perform panel cutting and joining using welding tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to automotive industry repair standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding repair progress.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficient in vehicle body restoration and knocking techniques.
  • Skilled in welding, panel beating, and spray painting.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
