  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supervising workers in an automotive workshop and possess excellent leadership skills.
">About the Role:
The role involves deploying service technicians for onsite tyre servicing, attending customer requests at the indoor workshop, handling walk-in and phone inquiries from customers, and liaising between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of service technicians to ensure they meet their targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Deploy service technicians for onsite tyre servicing and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Attend customer requests at the indoor workshop and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Handle walk-in and phone inquiries from customers and provide them with accurate information.
  • Liaise between customers and service technicians on matters arising from job assignments.
  • Perform administrative duties such as posting service notifications, inventory replenishment, and tools & equipment maintenance and replenishment.
