Senior Program Manager Role Description

Job Description

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives for large, complex projects. They will facilitate collaboration among multi-functional project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for large, complex projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Develop and implement project plans and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the Senior Program Manager must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 12 years of work-related experience in project management or a related discipline
  • Expert knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate diverse landscapes and hierarchies
