Job Description:

  • Drive business growth by cultivating strategic relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Partner with clients to identify and capture critical business needs, articulating requirements and documenting solutions effectively.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring successful and timely project delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Prepare a range of project documentation, including minutes of meeting, requirement specifications, design specifications, training and user manuals, release notes, and project status reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or business.
  • 1-2 years' experience in the IT industry, preferably with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Strong administrative skills, with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, and project standards.
  • Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
