The IT Strategic Leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects to meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project issues proactively
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy, governance, and compliance requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
