Job Description

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing project specifications and collaborating with commercial teams to clarify requirements
  • Developing comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs) that include detailed schedules and budgetary controls
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, meet specifications, and stay within budget
  • Leading internal and external communication meetings to maintain alignment and foster collaboration
  • Coordinating internal kick-off meetings to address open issues and provide clarity on project execution plans
  • Collaborating with design and engineering teams to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless project execution
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of project activities, including manpower allocation and resource management

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
