Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our team in delivering strategic projects across various sectors. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader who can galvanize and drive a diverse workforce to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of successful project delivery, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in local or international development and/or real estate. A subject matter expert in project management consultancy services, they will have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to drive process management and improvements.

The Project Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will also be involved in risk management, including the vetting of contracts, insurances, tenders, and day-to-day risks associated with the project.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic direction and leadership of project teams
  • Project planning, scope definition, team management, project financial and commercial management
  • Risk management, including contract and insurance vetting
  • Project delivery, monitoring, and control
