**Program Manager Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Program Manager to ensure the success of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing business concerns of our customers worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, negotiating scope/schedule changes, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

  • Act as primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and negotiate scope/schedule changes.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects including complex test solutions with a clear plan to deliver on schedule and optimize cost.
  • Align internal R&D, CCS team execution and partner delivery with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new projects.
  • Collaborate with CCS manager to ensure appropriate staffing on projects.
  • Develop Statement of Work (SOW) with partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Partner with existing project teams and business leaders to accelerate project delivery.
  • Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve partner concerns, ensuring minimal problems and customer complaints.
  • Mediate and influence discussions outcome and drives timely key business decisions.

You Will Need:

  • 3+ years' experience in Technical Project Management of product, system, or solution development.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence.
  • Strong technical and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background in semiconductor automated test or complex system development.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts such as pricing, costs, margins, terms, and conditions.
  • PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
  • Customer-facing experience and Japanese-speaking candidates are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential for this role.
