The Data Centre Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our data centre facilities. This position is responsible for managing centralized network operations, providing incident response and resolution, customer request fulfillment, system management, performance benchmarking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Incidents and Closure
- Raise Change Requests and Notifications
- Liaise with Customers and Meet Service Level Agreements
- Perform Other Duties as Required
A successful candidate will possess a Diploma in Engineering or IT, along with at least 2 years of experience in DC Operations. They should also have good knowledge in Data Centre Facilities and Operations Support, a Basic Certificate of Infocomm Technology, and ITIL Foundation Level Certification.
