Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through strategic outreach and research. This individual will have strong interpersonal skills, a sales-driven attitude, and prior experience in inside sales or lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify key stakeholders to support sales campaign efforts.
  • Qualify and hand over leads to the sales team, ensuring seamless pipeline updates.
  • Track lead activities and pipeline updates in CRM to inform business decisions.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Support sales follow-ups and provide input on improving sales strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer engagement to leverage knowledge of sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
