The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in sales, preferably within coworking, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. A high-energy, performance-driven mindset is essential for this role, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans aligned with forecasted capacity and growth goals
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to client onboarding and renewal
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective tenants and members through compelling pitch materials and presentations
- Manage internal sales workflows, CRM data, and performance tracking across all channels
- Proven track record of sales success in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a sales team
- Able to make strategic decisions quickly and execute with focus
- Familiarity with sales commission structures and compensation plans
- Competitive monthly base salary of SGD $8,000
- Eligibility for sales commissions paid out quarterly
- Guaranteed 6% annual increase on base salary for the first three years
