Senior Food Quality Assurance Manager

- To oversee, maintain, and implement a robust Food Quality and Safety Management System that meets regulatory requirements.
- To enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards within our premises.
- To conduct regular routine validation inspections to ensure adherence to CCP, RPR, OPRP, GMP, GHP, and MSC guidelines, identifying areas for improvement.
- To investigate and report on any nonconformances observed in the workplace and customer returns.
- To assist in preparing our organization for customer audits, regulatory audits, and external accreditation reviews.
- To participate in internal audit and design & development programs.
- Perform monthly lab tests, data analysis, and QA reports.
- Liaise with authorities and third parties, manage license renewals.
- Record and file all works, ad-hoc projects, and report writing.
- To perform other assigned duties as required by superiors.
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science or Quality or related professional engineering certificate on related skills.
- At least 3 years of QA experience in the Food & Beverage or Food Packaging Manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certified is a must.
- ISO or FSIS 22000/HACCP Internal Auditor certified is an advantage.
- Strong in brainstorming and analytical knowledge.
- Able to make decisions and reporting.
- Candidates without experience are also welcome.
