Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety regulations, particularly in Singapore, and experience in implementing quality management systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement quality procedures, and conduct internal audits.

Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating external audits, preparing quality reports, and conducting training sessions for blue-collar factory employees on food safety and hygiene practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's reputation for quality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good understanding of SFA, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and other food-related requirements and regulations in Singapore
  • Hands-on experience in similar industry settings
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, and meticulously
