**As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance protocols to ensure our central kitchen operates to the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and continually improving our processes.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the central kitchen to ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance and food safety practices.
- Manage non-conformance reports and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for all raw materials.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
