Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of microbiology and/or chemical laboratory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections from raw materials to finished product.
  • Manage a team of quality control assistants to ensure objective and constructive methods are used during inspections.
  • Analyse data from inspections to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure food safety and quality objectives are met.
  • Develop procedures related to quality control and laboratory operations as needed.
  • Provide training to crew members and visitors on food safety and hygiene best practices.
  • Maintain accurate QC reports and ensure their integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in Food Science, Chemical, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Experience in the catering industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, AIB, and other relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work shifts as required.
