Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA/QC team in achieving project quality standards.

  1. Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure project quality standards are achieved through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of quality control processes.
  2. Provide coaching and training to team members on façade-related works and quality practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Assess construction processes and procedures, offering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve project delivery.
  4. Establish, implement, and monitor internal quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Collaborate closely with production and site management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery through effective communication and coordination.
  6. Prepare monthly quality analysis and reports for management on site and project activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Degree in a related field, such as civil engineering or construction management.
  2. Proven experience in working with contractors and civil/building façade installation works.
