Project Manager for Banking Technology

As a Project Manager for Banking Technology, you will oversee the successful delivery of strategic initiatives led by our Project Management Office. Projects span across digital transformation, productivity improvement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage key phases of the project lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, and implementation.
    • Identify project risks and issues, facilitate resolution within working groups, and escalate when necessary.
    • Collaborate with product owners to support business analysis, target operating model design, and issue resolution.
    • Provide end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives in coordination with business units, compliance, operations, finance, risk, technology, and HR teams.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services with a focus on project management or business process transformation.
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive project delivery in dynamic environments.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and present to senior management.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify risks and prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact.
    • Proficient in business analysis using Excel and presentation development using MS PowerPoint.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in resolving challenges and managing ambiguity.
