Job Title: Senior Banking Transformation Professional

Overview

We are seeking an experienced banking transformation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis, improvement, and project management.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate timeline and budget estimates; facilitate in preparation of business case.
  • Set up project governance and project team.
  • Support Product Increment (PI) planning and review.
  • Gather and define user stories and create a backlog (including functional, non-functional, legal and operational requirements) for T24.
  • Partner with business leads to identify needs for Core Banking.
  • Work with Business Sponsor to ensure operational readiness of business after project go-live.
  • Communicate key changes and workarounds to clients and users.
  • Design and execute training plan.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking.

8+ years' experience with agile delivery approaches (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), ideally working experience as a product owner or similar role.

Experience in working with T24 (preferred) or any core banking platform.

Thorough understanding of private banking operations and good understanding of core processes such as advisory and investment management and the typical PB product landscape.

Strong expertise in digital products and services in Private Banking (e.g. Digital Advisory).
