As a senior core banking professional, you will lead digital transformation initiatives and bridge business needs with technical solutions. We seek an experienced analyst who can drive compliance with financial regulations while optimizing core banking processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document core banking processes, including accounts, payments, loans, and interest management.
  • Lead requirement elicitation via workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
  • Develop Temenos-specific BRDs/FRDs and align solutions with Basel III, MiFID II, AML/KYC regulations.
Platform Expertise
  • Configure and optimize Temenos modules using TIM methodology.
  • Evaluate alternative core banking platforms for integration needs.
  • Document controls for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Project Delivery
  • Support core banking transformations, upgrades, and data migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Coordinate testing, defect management, and cutover planning.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams.
  • Translate technical constraints into business-friendly recommendations.

Must-Have qualifications include 5+ years in core banking domains, hands-on Temenos experience, proven ability to write Temenos-specific BRDs/FRDs, knowledge of financial regulations, and experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
