Senior Project Director - HVAC Systems

This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of HVAC project plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with local and international standards.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of professionals in Singapore, working closely with sales, product development, and project management teams to align project specifications with client requirements and company capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of planners and specifiers to deliver high-quality project plans and specifications.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with M&E Consultants, Green Mark Consultants, ESD Consultants, and Developer accounts in the built environment sector.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, product development, and project management teams to ensure accurate and compliant project specifications.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing the company's reputation and market position in Singapore.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the HVAC or Construction industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and international standards.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
