Key Responsibilities:- Foster a collaborative environment within the maintenance sales team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and market presence in the maintenance sector.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in ACMV or HVAC systems is an advantage.
