Process Engineering Specialists is a multi-discipline consultancy providing specialist project management, validation and automation services to our clients throughout Asia’s pharmaceutical sector. We are currently recruiting for the following position based in Singapore:
**HVAC Commissioning Engineers (Pharmaceutical)
We are hiring Senior Commissioning Engineers with 10+ years’ experience in the hands-on commissioning of HVAC and mechanical utilities.

**Responsibilities including**:

- Working as part of a commissioning team for the successful start-up of HVAC and associated black utility systems
- Hands-on, field-based execution role with responsibility for leading the CQ efforts and achievement of the required project quality and schedule requirements.
- Management of HVAC balancing activities on site
- Fault finding and report writing.
- Communicate regularly with the Commissioning Lead and QAQC / testing teams.
- Ensure that all activites are completed in a safe manner
- Ensure the proper Lock Out Tag Out of Mechanical Systems.
- Preparation of documentation ready for client handover.
- Liaise with client and attend site meetings.
- Take the lead and work on own initiative.
- Vendor and contractor coordination and supervision.

**Skills / Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of hands-on field-based commissioning experience of HVAC systems
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
- Experience in the management of HVAC balancing contractors
- In-depth equipment commissioning and startup knowledge and experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
