Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in designing and overseeing HVAC systems in buildings. This includes conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with work procedures, managing junior engineers to meet project deadlines, and preparing reports for coordination with building owners, consultants, and contractors.

This role involves developing and implementing maintenance programs for HVAC systems to guarantee optimal performance and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 4 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC project management, equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design.

The successful candidate will also have knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems and proficiency in AutoCAD software.

Key qualifications include:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 4 years' experience in ACMV/HVAC project management
  • 4 years' experience in equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design
  • 4 years' experience in Singapore building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
  • 4 years' experience in design software AutoCAD
