We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Programme Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the course content, curriculum, and learning outcomes of our programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and deliver virtual, blended, and classroom learning interventions that cater to diverse needs.
- Partner with public agencies to develop and customise L&D interventions that support their developmental plans.
- Project manage the development of programmes and other workstreams, including stakeholder management, business processes, timelines, and budget allocation.
- Manage programme administration and logistics duties, such as booking training rooms, preparing training materials, and ensuring timely payments.
- Manage finances and procurement matters related to the programmes.
Requirements:
- Relevant admin experience in classroom learning or management.
- Fresh graduates with passion are welcome to apply.
- Experience in facilitation of learning interventions/programmes of different modalities would be an advantage.
