Job Opportunity:

Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and resolving product and system-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and submitting technical proposals, reviewing technical specifications, attending site surveys, and providing technical presentations.



Key Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  1. Prepare and submit technical proposals, compliance lists, and data sheets for tenders and projects.
  2. Review technical specifications and drawings to ensure product specifications are met.
  3. Attend site surveys and gather data.
  4. Prepare technical presentations.
  5. Attend project and technical meetings.
  6. Perform pre-sale/design of product and system technical evaluations and selections.
  7. Perform testing and commissioning of systems.
  8. Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions for product and system-related issues.
  9. Provide alternative solutions for product issues.
  10. Provide product training to clients and internal departments.
  11. Generate and update equipment, hardware, and software records.
  12. Prepare incident analysis reports.
  13. Coordinate and review with the project team and consultants to ensure technical submissions meet specifications and requirements.
