Job Opportunity:

A Technical Specialist is required to support and maintain business web applications. This role entails collaborating with business users to comprehend their system enhancement needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of relational databases, web concepts, and client-server systems.

The key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of web applications, documenting technical procedures, and resolving application functionality issues with vendors.

The successful applicant will also be expected to provide timely enhancements to the systems based on evolving business requirements and assist in troubleshooting software application issues.

The suitable candidate should hold a degree or diploma in Computer Science or Engineering with relevant experience. A solid understanding of platforms like VB6, ASP.Net, and Oracle is essential, along with hands-on experience in SQL queries and stored procedures.

Familiarity with Microsoft Access VBA and SQL Server Reporting Service is an added advantage. Additionally, prior experience through at least two cycles of full SDLC Implementation and strong analytical skills are highly valued.
