Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including negotiating deals with clients.
  • Present sales proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our services.
  • Monitor sales metrics and refine strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients post-sale, ensuring that their needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the aviation industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Able to travel frequently (overseas/island-wide) to meet with clients, and attend industry events.
