Aviation Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Aviation Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for aviation spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute effective strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities for aviation spare parts.
  • Build strong relationships with airlines, MRO providers, OEMs, and brokers to drive business growth.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their operational and budgetary requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aviation aftermarket.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand network and brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aviation spare parts sales, business development, or MRO-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of OEM vs. used parts market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools is a plus.
