The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of orders, managing invoices and procurement procedures, and maintaining accurate records of suppliers and inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Monitor the delivery of orders and ensure timely delivery; liaise with operations and suppliers on products delivery issues, quality issues (defects), and take corrective actions (replacement, etc.) to rectify issues in accordance with the company's standards and procedures.
- Invoice Management: Sort and process invoices and relevant documents in a timely manner.
- Procurement Procedures: Liaise with operations and suppliers to ensure proper procurement procedures are carried out so that invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Process requisitions from outlets, arrange for delivery, and maintain inventory lists; monitor stock levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tabulate data and generate timely procurement and price evaluation reports to management for review.
- Supplier Management: Maintain updated records on suppliers' pricing, terms, and contact correspondence.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain proper filing and documentation of Purchase Orders, Invoices, Contracts, and Agreements.
- Administrative Support: Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties relating to purchasing functions.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, including procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
