At Anradus Pte. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Offer accurate product information, services, and rental terms to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through timely and effective solutions.
- Handle equipment rental bookings, changes, and cancellations with precision and attention to detail.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable rental equipment and services.
- Guide customers through the rental process, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into sales and rental agreements.
- Stay updated on promotions, deals, and new products/services to inform customers and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with logistics and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes and equipment offerings to improve business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder, with additional certifications in Customer Service, Sales, or related fields being a plus.
- Familiarity with sales software/CRM tools or knowledge in the equipment rental industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
