Key Alliance Management Role

This is a critical position within our organization where you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our go-to-market strategy with key vendors and partners.

You will be responsible for the entire business development cycle, from creating strategic account plans and demand-generation frameworks to driving revenue growth for our business.

  • Establish new business opportunities through go-to-market activities for alliance partners.
  • Develop and expand relationships with existing alliance partners.
  • Understand partner business models and joint value propositions for successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner channels to generate sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint sales and marketing activities.
  • Ensure technical alignment and certifications for partnership tiers and pricing.
  • Lead awareness sessions on joint value propositions for alliance, Tata, and customers.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities with existing or new partners.

Accountability includes:

  • Creating and enabling account planning, demand-generation, and governance frameworks for joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Aligning and engaging internal teams on specified sales opportunities.
  • Providing technical enablement through regular partner-led sessions.
  • Driving customer events through partner-sponsored programs with marketing.
  • Building MDF funds with partners.
  • Co-creating partner newsletters for the APAC region.
  • Tracking and reporting pipeline performance in alignment with demand-generation program needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 10-15 years of sales and consulting experience in technologies like voice, messaging, networking, cloud, data centers, mobility, edge services, and unified communication.
  • Prior experience of at least 5+ years in technology alliance management.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends such as IoT, AI, Big Data.
  • Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess knowledge of partner propositions, markets, business challenges, and customer opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build executable frameworks.
  • Motivated and self-driven with high business maturity and effective communication skills at senior management levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and master's degree in management, business operations, marketing, or related fields.
