Facilities Manager Role Overview

The role of a Facilities Manager is to oversee various projects and ensure their timely completion within established deadlines and budgets. This involves collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

  • Track and manage preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the facilities department.
  • Support car park operations and coordinate work schedules of contractors and vendors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Facilities or a related field.
  • Able to consider applications from Degree holders without prior experience, with training provided on the job.
  • Commitment to a 3-month contract up to 1 year.
  • Eligibility for a completion bonus at the end of the 1-year contract period.
