Job Title

Facilities Manager: Leading Operations, Client Engagement and Budget Management


As a Facilities Manager at our organization, you will lead the team in delivering exceptional facility operations. You will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, promote safety and best practices, and foster teamwork and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Operations: Direct the facilities team to deliver efficient and effective operations, ensuring that all areas of the facility are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing excellent service and support to meet their needs.
  • Budget & Contract Management: Manage budgets and oversee vendors to ensure quality services within budget, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Facilities Manager, you will need:


  • A degree in Engineering or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management or related fields, preferably in a government agency or ministry setting;
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing budgets; and
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
