Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and lead business development efforts.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building networks and closing deals.

  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities within the construction, design, and property development sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
