Junior Technical Support Engineer

As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless implementation of telecom products. Your responsibilities will include performing functional and interoperability testing, updating and tracking test results, defining and executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with global test team members.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between customer teams, project managers, and internal stakeholders. You will also participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents and work products derived from requirements specifications.

Your success as a Junior Technical Support Engineer will be measured by your ability to manage processes, ensure timely achievement of targets, and collaborate with R&D experts and staff members responsible for operations at the production site.
