As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and revenue growth.
- Manage your defined market and customers to meet company targets for sales and profit growth.
- Identify customer needs and maintain close tabs on their organizational changes/goals to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Build long-term customer loyalty and preference by collaborating with internal functions to uphold high service levels.
- Maintain a strong market presence through professionalism and emphasizing value to customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal functions to enhance service levels.
- Conduct market research and study e-commerce dynamics to launch new business initiatives and revenue streams.
- Develop a Go-to-Market strategy and operationalize a Market Launch plan with details financial information.
- Establish and develop external partnership deals to accelerate market growth.
- Cold call within the region to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Perform other ad-hoc matters assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience working in the manpower outsourcing, aviation, BPO or relevant field.
- Demonstrate previous successes in sales and customer relationship scenarios.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Possess good analytical and numerical skills with strong business acumen.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly dedicated with a high degree of personal motivation and proven sales records.
- Possess a sharp business acumen and be customer-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attend networking sessions as required.
- Perform market research to understand various industries.
- Develop new clients and maintain existing ones.
- Perform cold calling to cultivate new clients.
- Help the team drive the entire sales process and close deals: prioritize and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sale.
