About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth and development across key sectors. As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new market opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients in banking, treasury, and fintech sectors.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable scope of work, codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Conduct technical reviews on design concepts, engineering, and operational matters.
  • Coordinate with O&M, technical, and engineering resources for project execution.
  • Assist in developing project budgets, schedules, and control measures.
  • Review feasibility studies and cost estimates for proposed investments.
Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals with strong negotiation, feasibility study, treasury, Microsoft Excel, construction, cold calling, marketing, estimation, and project management skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, revenue growth, banking, and project management.
