About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned customer experience expert to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.

Your primary objective will be to identify customer needs and provide strategic solutions that cater to their requirements while ensuring any confusion is clarified. You will also be responsible for ensuring first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to guarantee case closure in line with our service standards.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work with multiple systems and adapt to new ones.
